MEET THE TEAM

Charles has been with McLain’s since it began in 1999 and has been in the painting industry for over 30 years. One of the things that he loves most about working at McLain’s is being able to make the customers happy, through finding out what is important to them and meeting their expectations. Charles has been married to the Love of his Life, Sarah, for over 25 years and they have had three boys, Grant (21), Braeden (18), and Jaxson (15). Some of Charles' hobbies are spending time with his family and watching sports, (Go Cubs!) 

Matt has been with McLain’s since March 2021, but has been in or around the industry for most of his life after proudly graduating from UT Knoxville. He is passionate about mentoring, leading, and community involvment. He helps out with various organizations in the area through charity work, and strives to inspire those around him to be better. He loves working at McLain’s because of the family culture that the company promotes, an amazing leadership team, and being a Christ driven organization. Matt and his amazing wife, Sasha, have 3 children; Ashton (14), Payton (13), and Adalyn (6). He really enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, being a travel baseball coach, cheer & cross-country dad, anything having to do with UT Sports (Go Vols), and cooking for family and friends on his Traeger as he and his wife are both foodies who love eating and trying new places.

Andrew came on board with Mclain's in the Fall of 2023 but grew up in the industry, as his father owned a paint company in another state. He loves working at Mclain's because he gets to use his knowledge and skill set, collaborate with others, and turn people's projects into something beautiful. Andrew got married in 2022 to his wife, Stephanie, and they have a dog, Willow, that is like their child. Some things that he enjoys is visiting other parts of the country, golfing, and he loves Supercross, especially when it is in Nashville.

Cassie has been with the company since 2023 and was completely new to the industry. With experience in management, but none in painting, she has loved this new adventure and getting to learn everything about painting with such a great company as McLain's! She is a mother to 2 beautiful daughters; Mikhayla (20) and Ahrianna (11). In her spare time she loves hanging out with family, going to festivals, playing cards, and especially enjoys hanging out with and working with her sister, Ceann!

Grant has been in and around this company his whole life. One of the things that he really likes about working at McLain's is that we always strive for clear communication with each other and our customers. Some of his Hobbies include sports, hanging out with friends, and playing video games.

Ceann has been with McLain's since January of 2024 and is brand new to the industry. Ceann loves working at McLain's because of the mutual respect and care that everyone has for one another. She also loves that feeling of working with "family", which she truly does because Cassie, the office manager, is her sister! When not working, Ceann enjoys spending time with her granddaughters Maia and Emrie, traveling, and photography.

Levi has been with McLain’s since January of 2022, but has been in the construction industry for much longer. Some of the reasons he loves working at McLain’s is the culture and values. He loves working with coworkers who take pride in their work, want to be there, and are committed to honesty and integrity. He has been married to his amazing wife, Melinda, for 8 years. They have three girls: Jubilee (6), Harmony (5), and Selah (8 months old). In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with family, outdoor activities, and DIY projects.

Lucas has been with McLain’s since 2014 and has been in the industry for 19+ years. One of the things that he loves about working for McLain’s is that we have a loyal customer base that keeps us working year-round. He has 2 cats that he calls family: Mia and Minzo. Lucas has many different hobbies that he enjoys, especially kayaking, biking, going to music concerts, and traveling.

Nick has been with McLain’s since August of 2020 and has many years experience in the painting industry. A couple of the reasons that Nick loves working here at McLain’s is that it is a well organized company that is full of good people. He has been married to his wife Erin for 17 years and they have three children; Michael (15), Joshua (11), Ella (8). Some of the hobbies that Nick enjoys are spending time with family, and traveling. Nick is a fine artist as well. He has done Murals, but his primary medium is oil on canvas. You can see his artwork up in our office!
