HOW OUR PAY SCALE WORKS:


We have a very clear pathway that shows each employee where they are at on the pay scale and what they need to do skill wise, to earn that next pay increase. We give each employee access to their individualized “Learning Pathway” so that they can see exactly where they are at, at any given point in time. Someone that comes to us with no painting experience is started out as an Apprentice 1, and they have certain tasks that they have to be able to preform in order to get to that next level of Apprentice 2. This process continues on through painter 1 and 2 with the highest level being a Master Painter. It takes the typical person 1.5 to 2 years to go from Apprentice 1 to Painter 1.
