Total project containment

Capturing paint chips and dust (then properly disposing of them) is key. This involves extensive masking, coverings, and sheeting being used to encapsulate our work area.

Dust containment

Containing chips is one thing, but dust? That requires some extra steps. We use HEPA vacuums for cutting-edge dust collection, including HEPA-filtered attachments for our sanders. We often will wet surfaces just slightly as well to minimize airborne dust.

Lead encapsulation with specialized bonding primers

Full lead remediation isn’t always necessary (expensive lead removal and disposal). We can often use encapsulation techniques that are safe, effective, and much faster, locking lead under high-performance bonding primers.
